Thanks and recognition
Appalachian greatly appreciates every gift from our alumni, parents, students, and friends. Your commitment enhances the academic experience of our students through scholarship and international opportunities, supports faculty research and recruitment, and benefits the entire Appalachian community through facility improvements and arts programing. We strive to respect the wishes of our donors and operate in accordance to the Donor Bill of Rights.
Alumni giving often is used as a measure of a university's success. Participation in giving is a statistic closely watched by foundations, grant-making organizations, and institutions that rank universities.
Appalachian seniors contribute to the Senior Class Gift to help support future Mountaineers.
Faculty and Staff
1,846 current and former faculty and staff contributed $6,321,929 to the Campaign for Appalachian.
Support to the Parents Fund enhances student services and activities, and helps fund areas of critical need, including academic programs and scholarship supplements.
